Baseball betting questions answered.

The MLB room is Shmoo's Book's baseball betting experience — same platform, same virtual Shmoo Coins, but built around baseball games instead of UFC fights.

You can bet on Moneylines, Run Lines (+/- 1.5 runs), and Over/Under totals for each game.

v1 is virtual currency + prize competition. Rules may evolve over time.

You start with 1,000 Shmoo Coins when you join an event. Pick games, set your wager, and place bets before first pitch. Bets lock when the game starts.

SinglesMin $50 · Max $200

ParlaysMin $25 · Max $150

Available Markets

MoneylinePick the winner outright. Favorites have negative odds, underdogs positive.

Run LineThe home team gives up 1.5 runs (favorites) or gets 1.5 runs (underdogs). Like a point spread for baseball.

O/U TotalsBet whether the combined runs scored by both teams will be over or under the posted total (e.g. 8.5 runs).

More markets (first 5 innings, pitcher props) may be added in future updates.

The admin resolves each game after it ends, recording the winner and total result. Your bets settle automatically based on the final score.

Moneyline: win if your team wins.
Run Line: win if your team covers their spread.
O/U: win if the total runs fall on your side.

Postponed games result in all bets being refunded (No Contest). Parlay legs on postponed games are voided and the parlay recalculates.

Yes! You can parlay multiple game picks across all markets. Select picks from multiple games and the bet slip will show you the combined parlay odds.

You cannot parlay the moneyline and O/U from the same game together in the same parlay leg.

Yes — there is one global leaderboard. Your Shmoo Coins and XP carry across both the UFC room and the MLB room. Every bet you place, regardless of sport, contributes to your leaderboard standing.
